Hi Shannon- A couple of things come to mind- make sure the headboard brackets on your converter rail are still securely welded to the rails. Sometimes, the headboard bracket will become unwelded which can cause your headboard to lean forward. If you find that your rails has become unwelded, you may have to have it re-welded or buy a new converter rail set. Sometimes there is just too much space between the headboard and rail. An easy fix for this is to use a small piece of wood or even a piece of cardboard (or shim) and wedge it in between your headboard and the rail just to firm up the connection between the two.
