white noise machine. We love our Marpac 980 Sleepmate. It has two settings, and we use it on the higher setting. It completely masks the noise from our neighbor’s dog. Our other neighbor was complaining about the same thing, and I think I might get her one for Christmas. They make great Christmas or birthday gifts.
